Description
A firm, white meat with a mild flavour that is often compared to that of chicken or other white fish, shark meat is used in fish and chips, cutlets or shark curries. It can be grilled, baked, fried, or broiled, and is often served with a variety of sauces and seasonings or enjoyed in gravies.
Godavari Cuts fish is free from any chemical residue. We source our fish from local, healthy water bodies and practice a policy of shore-to-store within 24 hours – that is, we transport our fishes right from the shore to our stores in less than a day. Our fishes are kept live in the tank – from where you can choose your catch for the day – and ask for a preferred cut of your choice. Once you choose the fish, we clean it thoroughly with rock salt, remove the scales, cut it according to your preference, clean it thoroughly again, pack it following hygiene standards.
